The Secret to Mind-Body Healing

Detecting depression caused by untreated childhood trauma may be challenging, as untreated childhood trauma memories can be blocked for many years, even decades. This sort of trauma may well be the secret behind depression and PTSD for many people, and it comes in many forms. It may also be the secret to mind-body healing. It may be a one-time traumatic event that occurred in the past in childhood, or an ongoing series of traumatic events that cause depression and/or PTSD even into adulthood. Untreated childhood trauma may also stem from growing up in a neglectful, abusive home, or from various forms of physical, sexual, mental or emotional abuse endured in one's youth. When depression continues for 3 weeks or longer, it is considered clinical depression, generally requiring professional intervention for healing. The untoward effects of underlying, untreated childhood trauma may be difficult to diagnose and treat, as even the person living with it may not be aware of the fact it is...

Mbappe responds to Real Madrid talk

Kylian Mbappe has made it known that he will spend some time discussing about his next move with his family after helping France beat England 3-2 in the final match and can be considered as his breakthrough season.
The 18-year-old Monaco star finds himself in huge demand, with the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City all connected with moves to pen him. However, Real Madrid remain the most top candidates to sign the teenager, who were said to have given the striker something enticing to get his signature on Tuesday.
After assisting France to a win on only his second start for his country at the Stade de France, Mbappe was open to a possible switch to one of Europe’s biggest clubs.

But the striker has said any decision about his future will be considered with the help of his family.
“We’re going to go away with the family and we’ll think about what’s going to happen,” he said after the match.
“We have to sort it out, see what happens with the club too, because I’m under contract with a club, I’m not free. We’ll see what’s happening.”
Any deal for Mbappe is likely to cost in the region of €130 million (£114m), setting a new world record transfer fee.
Madrid are believed to be the club closest to getting his signature, where he would work under his fellow compatriot Zinedine Zidane, though he was more coy when asked specifically about those links.
“Real Madrid?’ he added.  ‘They have been trying to recruit me since I was 14.”
But when pressed if he had seen Tuesday’s reports which suggested he has agreed to join Real before spending next season back on loan at Monaco, Mbappe replied: “I don’t read stuff anymore. I used to read [the press] when I was little.”
