The Secret to Mind-Body Healing

Detecting depression caused by untreated childhood trauma may be challenging, as untreated childhood trauma memories can be blocked for many years, even decades. This sort of trauma may well be the secret behind depression and PTSD for many people, and it comes in many forms. It may also be the secret to mind-body healing. It may be a one-time traumatic event that occurred in the past in childhood, or an ongoing series of traumatic events that cause depression and/or PTSD even into adulthood. Untreated childhood trauma may also stem from growing up in a neglectful, abusive home, or from various forms of physical, sexual, mental or emotional abuse endured in one's youth. When depression continues for 3 weeks or longer, it is considered clinical depression, generally requiring professional intervention for healing. The untoward effects of underlying, untreated childhood trauma may be difficult to diagnose and treat, as even the person living with it may not be aware of the fact it is...

Croatia winger 'excited' to make Man Utd switch

Ivan Perisic is reported to be “hugely keen and excited” to play for Jose Mourinho as his move to Manchester United  moves to completion.
The 28-year-old is reported to have agreed personal terms following talks between his agent and United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward, with the deal set to go through as the two clubs have agreed on a fee.
Manchester United have reportedly had a bid of £31million rejected by Inter, with the Serie A side holding out for around £15million more for the Croatian player.
And while there is still a difference of around £15m in what the Old Trafford are willing to pay and what Internazionale want, the Italian club’s need to sell – they have been told to bring in £26m before the end of June to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations – means United remain ‘extremely confident’ of finishing the deal.
The Croatian winger has long been “desperate” for the move to United, having been connected with the club during his days in the Bundesliga with Wolfsburg, and also almost exactly fits Jose Mourinho’s profile of a hard-working wide attacking player, akin to his ideal for the role, Willian.
The Red Devils are hopeful of sealing their four transfer targets before July 1, with deals for Victor Lindelof, Alvaro Morata and Nemanja Matic also in the pipeline.
Of the four players, the move for Matic might be the most strenuous and long-drawn out, with Chelsea looking to complete a deal for Monaco’s Tiemoue Bakayoko before releasing the Serbian midfielder.
A rule for Monaco’s Fabinho – who has been considered as a central midfield option – was ruled out on Tuesday.
