The Secret to Mind-Body Healing

Detecting depression caused by untreated childhood trauma may be challenging, as untreated childhood trauma memories can be blocked for many years, even decades. This sort of trauma may well be the secret behind depression and PTSD for many people, and it comes in many forms. It may also be the secret to mind-body healing. It may be a one-time traumatic event that occurred in the past in childhood, or an ongoing series of traumatic events that cause depression and/or PTSD even into adulthood. Untreated childhood trauma may also stem from growing up in a neglectful, abusive home, or from various forms of physical, sexual, mental or emotional abuse endured in one's youth. When depression continues for 3 weeks or longer, it is considered clinical depression, generally requiring professional intervention for healing. The untoward effects of underlying, untreated childhood trauma may be difficult to diagnose and treat, as even the person living with it may not be aware of the fact it is...

Leicester Confirms United Target Schmeichel New Agent

Leicester City manager, Craig Shakespeare expects Kasper Schmeichel to stay at the Foxes.
The 30-year-old goalkeeper has been linked with a move from the King Power Stadium now that they won't be playing Champions League football next season.

Manchester United have been advised to make a move for the goalkeeper with Real Madrid expected to reignite their interest in Spain international David De Gea.
Reports have also suggested that Schmeichel has left long-term representatives Triple S Management in favour of Luca Bascherini, but Shakespeare seems not to care and believes the Denmark international will stay.
“I do, I think he’s in the form of his life. He’s entitled to change his agent if the other agent is out of contract,” he said.
“He has been very professional and his level of performance has shown that. Nothing has affected him, with the type of character he is – and he’s a very strong character – I expect him to carry on the way he’s performed.
“I’m not aware of any interest. I’ve said before I have no problems with the players wanting to progress and play in the Champions League – which we have offered this season.

“But ultimately Kasper is happy here, you can see that in the way he conducts himself. He’s in the form of his life and we have to cross that bridge (an offer) when we come to it. We’ve had no offers.
“He’s under a long-term contract with us and as far as I’m aware he’s perfectly happy. We don’t need to sell.”
Schmeichel signed a five-year contract in August after helping Leicester win the Premier League last season.
This term he has kept seven clean sheets in the top flight ahead of Saturday’s visit of Watford with just four games left.
Leicester are in the 11th opposition on the table after putting an end to their five-game winless race with last weekend’s 1-0 win at West Brom.
Captain Wes Morgan will miss out on the game against the Hornets as he is still  to battling with a hamstring injury but is expected to be back to training next week.
