The Secret to Mind-Body Healing

Detecting depression caused by untreated childhood trauma may be challenging, as untreated childhood trauma memories can be blocked for many years, even decades. This sort of trauma may well be the secret behind depression and PTSD for many people, and it comes in many forms. It may also be the secret to mind-body healing. It may be a one-time traumatic event that occurred in the past in childhood, or an ongoing series of traumatic events that cause depression and/or PTSD even into adulthood. Untreated childhood trauma may also stem from growing up in a neglectful, abusive home, or from various forms of physical, sexual, mental or emotional abuse endured in one's youth. When depression continues for 3 weeks or longer, it is considered clinical depression, generally requiring professional intervention for healing. The untoward effects of underlying, untreated childhood trauma may be difficult to diagnose and treat, as even the person living with it may not be aware of the fact it is...

Philipe Coutinho Defiled Doctor's Orders To Score At Stoke City

Phillipe Coutinho defied the club doctor's orders and took his rightful place on the substitute's bench and went ahead to score at Stoke on Saturday's game.
The Liverpool playermaker came off the bench to score the much needed equalising goal for his side, preventing his team from going behind to win 2:1.
This was his 30th top-flight goal putting him one clear of former Middlesbrough attacker Juninho.
His team-mateam,  Roberto Firmino – who scored a brilliant winner at the bet365 Stadium – is only 10 behind after 61 games compared to his countryman's 131 but Coutinho intends to add more goals - having already equalled his best Premier League season tally of nine with seven games still to go.
“I am happy for that. I want to keep going to keep scoring and helping my team and keep learning from my manager,” said Coutinho, who only joined up with the mates on the morning of the game after losing three kilograms in three days because of illness.
“They (the club) asked me to stay at home because I was not feeling well but I wanted to be here.
“I wanted to be involved with the team. The manager decided (to put him on the bench) because I was not 100 per cent.”
The Brazil pair introduction totally transformed the game but Coutinho refused to take all the praises.
“No. The team played well, created more chances and then we scored but I think the team played well not just individuals,” he added after the victory which kept them in third place and put the pressure on Arsenal, in fifth and nine points behind with three matches in hand.
“Of course. It was a big win. There are a lot of points to fight for and every game for us is important.”
