The Secret to Mind-Body Healing

Detecting depression caused by untreated childhood trauma may be challenging, as untreated childhood trauma memories can be blocked for many years, even decades. This sort of trauma may well be the secret behind depression and PTSD for many people, and it comes in many forms. It may also be the secret to mind-body healing. It may be a one-time traumatic event that occurred in the past in childhood, or an ongoing series of traumatic events that cause depression and/or PTSD even into adulthood. Untreated childhood trauma may also stem from growing up in a neglectful, abusive home, or from various forms of physical, sexual, mental or emotional abuse endured in one's youth. Klopp Admits Liverpool Needs A Stronger Squad

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp revealed that the club is working on getting a much better squad at Anfield, with injury problems causing great damage and preventing progress this season.
Despite the fact that they are currently in the third position on the table, the Reds chief has had to deal with injuries upon injuries to players like Daniel Sturridge, Jordan Henderson, Sadio Mane, Adam Lallana and Philippe Coutinho virtually throughout the course of the season.
With Champions League football still an easy possibility next season, Klopp admits that the Reds need to have a much greater depth to fight on more fronts ahead of Monday night’s clash at Watford.
Klopp was put at a disadvantage with his options off the bench in Sunday’s surprise home defeat to Crystal Palace and is likely to have to turn to the club'syouth again at Vicarage Road.
“We are not surprised when Mane is sidelined, Lallana is sidelined, Henderson is sidelined, Sturridge is sidelined – we are not surprised about this [lack of depth of the bench].
“It was unlucky that all at the same moment we cannot use them.
“We still could have won the game, that’s how it is. We will learn, we are working on strengthening the squad, that’s clear.
“We can’t create a situation where great players can’t play any time. We had to create a squad for this season.
“The average age of the bench (last weekend) was 19.2 – not too experienced. With too many injuries we’ve had some problems.”
The good news for the Reds chief is that Lallana and Sturridge are both back in training and may likely play on Monday night.
